• Specific skills needed at individual facilities, such as English as a second language, finance for non-financial employees, and computer applications.
• Leadership development tools including 360-degree feedback, specialized training and coaching, as well as a formal performance-management program.
• Education assistance for courses and programs that enhance employee contributions to Apogee's long-term success.
